Delivery

Delivery of the product shall be made to the address specified in the order. We will do our best to ensure delivery at the specific time, only if it is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Restrictions

1. Security regulations and restrictions, especially in schools, guarded residences, factories, high security departments.
2. Not guaranteed if no local phone number of the recipient is not given in the order. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.

Peak Holiday Season

Please place your orders in advance for special peak holidays, like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Hari Raya Aidil Fitri so that delivery can be guaranteed on the specific day you choose.
If your order is made on Sunday and Public Holidays then the order will automatically be treated as the next working day delivery.

Orders received and confirmed before 1.00pm same day delivery
Orders received and confirmed before 3.00pm delivery before 9.00pm
Orders received and confirmed before 5.00pm will be delivered the next working day

We will ensure and will do our best for same day deliveries and will appreciate advance orders.

We also have the right to sub-contract for sale or delivery of the product to any other party from time to time without giving notice.

Outstation Delivery

For outstation orders (outside of Johor Bahru Town Area) the flowers and matrials used in our flowers and gift products may vary according to the availability/seasonal of the flowers and materials concern.  We reserve to replace or substitute to the most similar with is available.

For out station delivery, the order must be confirmed with our customer service due to different surcharges and will be charged accordingly.

Redirection Orders

In the event of redirection a 50% surcharge is applicable and if order is cancelled after delivery is attempted , the full price is still payable.

Prices

1. The prices payable for the Product that you order is shown on our website.
2. The website shall detail whether our prices are shown inclusive or exclusive of SST and are shown exclusive of delivery which is charged separately.
Delivery costs will be shown separately in the checkout before you enter your details for payment.

1. We accept payment by credit cards, debit cards and Bank Transfers. Select one of the various payment method in our website.
2. All your credit cards information are protected by means of industry-leading encryption standards. Please take note that additional charges may be
incurred if you are using a non-Malaysian issues card due to foreign exchange
3. For Online Banking you shall transfer the payment for the product to Kims Florist (Warisan ) Sdn Bhd account . At the moment we accept online bank
transfer from Maybank.
4. We will not dispatch a product until we have received payment from you.
